IMSEOLab (“Provider”) Provides SEO software, Scripts, Plugin, Theme and website services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree to this TOS, then you should not use the IMSEOLab website.

Product License
The SEO Software, WordPress themes, plugins, & Scripts authored by IMSL and/or distributed on IMSEOLab The products that are sold on IMSL are created by third-party vendors.

Refund Policy
IMSEOLab offers digital media (SEO Tools/plugins/themes/scripts etc.) that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any product which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the software, there is no way to “return” it. You have download right, but other thing is to abuse the system.

Product Updates
Individual products downloaded from Provider can only be updated manually. Customers will have access to download updates as long as they have access to product.

Price/Product Changes
IMSEOLab reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue a product with or without notice. Further, IMSL may add new products and/or services with or without notice.
Prices of any products are subject to change at any time by posting the changes to the IMSEOLab website.

Download Immediately
You should download your purchases immediately as items may be removed from time to time.
